About the Event

During this session, you will have the chance to discuss in groups your multi-gen challenges/experiences. We will also have a Fireside Chat with HR Leader Oonagh Kelly from Bank of Ireland on Mulitgen challenges & opportunities. You will leave the session with practical strategies specially positioned for Coaches.

The key topics that will be covered are:

  • The key traits of each generation in the workforce
  • Pandemic considerations through a multigenerational lens
  • Challenges and opportunities for the multigenerational workforce
  • Practical strategies to get the best from a multigenerational workplace

This session will be run by Dr Mary Collins

Mary is a Chartered Psychologist and Executive Coach who has been working in the Leadership Development/Talent Management field for over 15 years. Mary is passionate about leveraging the strengths of the Multigenerational Workplace and is a renowned key speaker on this topic.  Her other research interests are Women in Leadership and Emotional Intelligence and Leadership. Mary is currently involved in a significant study on understanding the drives and motivations of ‘Centennials/ Gen Z’ and how best to prepare the workplace for the future.

Oonagh Kelly is currently Head of HR for the Wealth & Insurance division in Bank of Ireland. She has worked in HR for over 20 years in Financial Services, Professional Services and Education Technology & Publishing. She’s a chartered Fellow of CIPD, an accredited Executive, Leadership and Personal Coach and a passionate advocate for Inclusion and Diversity, having won numerous awards for her work in L&D, supporting women returning from maternity leave and creating the conditions for better inclusion in the workplace.
