Anna Springett is an executive and team coach, professional supervisor, and business psychologist with over 20 years of experience as a consultant and coach across multiple sectors and countries, built on her prior career in retail financial services.  Her experience has led to her developing a passion for excellence in coaching and Organisation Development, and in particular to how we establish robust and safe contracts with our clients.  This special interest has also led to Anna writing a book on the psychology and practice of contracting for coaches and consultants.  Anna continues to engage with a range of peers and colleagues to develop and expand our understanding of this area of special focus.

Anna is a BPS Chartered Coaching Psychologist, HCPS Registered Occupational Psychologist, EMCC Master Coach EIA, Team Coach (ITCA) and Coaching Supervisor (ESIA), as well as being certified as a CSA and BPS RAPPS professional supervisor.  Anna also enjoys art, poetry and creative methods – and contracting well enables her to experiment with the creative in her work, bringing art and science together into her professional spaces.
