Pamela Fay is an experienced executive coach, coach tutor and coach supervisor. Her training has been grounded in Gestalt and Relational coaching and she holds a Masters in Executive Coaching from Ashridge as well as qualifications in coaching supervision, Gestalt and coaching psychology. Pamela has been in private coaching practice since 2009 and is a lead lecturer on the Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching at the UCD Smurfit School. As well as her coaching practice, Pamela runs monthly coaching supervision groups for coaches and has a strong interest in reflective practice.
